Laundry room renovation: added cabinets with new sink and installed a pocket door. Cabinets and sink and faucet came out great. The picket door and surrounding drywall work was dissatisfying. Wall texture not same as existing, the door trim does not cover the track at the top, and the door doesn’t hang properly. We mistakenly accepted the project but once we recognized the defects they would not fix without added cost. Their approach is to take shortcuts wherever possible. Beware

Our den was flooded after the October storms and a good friend of mine connected me with Eddie to renovate my downstairs after it was restored (he actually connected me with the restoration company). I needed my den renovated fast since I WFH and Eddie’s team wound up renovating my office in a week and the entire project (living area, office, bathroom and closet) done in a month. NMC’s pricing was very reasonable and he worked perfectly within the budget we had. Nely with NMC managed the project and she was great to work with and did an excellent job from start to finish. We’re very happy with NMC compared to other contractors we’ve worked with.
